- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cardamom (optional)
- Whipped cream or frothed milk, for topping
Instructions
- Brew the chai: Steep a strong cup of chai tea (or use concentrate).
- Heat the milk: In a small saucepan, warm the milk with cinnamon and cardamom until steaming — don’t boil.
- Combine: Pour chai into a mug, stir in maple syrup, then slowly add the warm milk.
- Finish: Top with whipped cream or milk foam, dust with cinnamon, and enjoy.
